Hale Windows & Doors in Minnesota

Hale Windows & Doors brings specialist window and door craftsmanship to homes across Minnesota, from the Twin Cities metro to the lakes country and everywhere between. We’re part of the Threshold Group family of home-service brands, which means every visit starts the same way: you know the technician’s name and see their photo before the truck pulls up. We install and service eight professional-grade window and door lines, and every job includes a written price before any work begins, plus the 365-Day Done Right Promise. When a Minnesota homeowner opens the door for us, they know exactly who they’re letting in.

Why Minnesota Homeowners Choose Hale Windows & Doors

Minnesota asks a lot of its windows and doors. January nights at twenty below, spring ice dams, summer humidity, and the freeze-thaw cycles that work on seals and frames year after year. It’s not a climate where shortcuts survive. That’s why we carry eight professional lines: PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux. We’re not tied to one manufacturer, so the window or door we recommend is the one that matches your home’s exposure, your insulation needs, and how you actually live in the space, not whatever happens to be in the warehouse. Before anyone picks up a tool, you hold a written price in your hands. That number does not change once we’ve seen the job. And every repair carries a written guarantee, with a free second visit if the fix doesn’t hold. We back the whole thing with our 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the work isn’t right, Hale makes it right, no argument needed. That promise is stamped on every job we do in Minnesota.

Backed by the Threshold Group Family

Hale Windows & Doors was founded in 2009 as part of the Threshold Group family, and we answer to the Threshold Standard on every Minnesota job. Every technician is background-checked, identity-verified, uniformed, and photo-badged. Before the visit, you get the technician’s name and photo sent to you, so the person at your door is the person you expected to see. A live person answers our phones 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No voicemail, no callback queue. The Threshold Group doesn’t pretend to be from every town. Each location is an independent local business that agreed to work to Threshold Verified. That’s who we are in Minnesota, and we’re proud to earn the step across your threshold.
