Hale Windows & Doors in Nevada

Hale Windows & Doors handles window and door installation and repair across Nevada with a simple rule: you know who’s coming to your home before the truck parks out front. Every technician arrives background-checked, identity-verified, uniformed, and photo-badged. You get the technician’s name and photo ahead of the visit, which matters when you’re home alone or have young kids. As part of the Threshold Group family, Hale carries a 365-Day Done Right Promise on every job: if the work isn’t right, we make it right. Written pricing comes before any work begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Why Nevada Homeowners Choose Hale Windows & Doors

Desert heat and high UV exposure hammer windows and doors in Nevada year-round. Seals dry out, frames warp, rollers grind. Hale carries eight professional-grade lines: PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux. That range means we match the product to the job rather than pushing one brand on every home. Before anyone picks up a tool, you hold a written price in your hands. That’s the rule on every job, no exceptions. And if a repair fails, we return for a second visit at no charge, with the guarantee in writing. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is documented and stamped on the work, not just mentioned in a sales pitch. When a technician steps onto your property, you’ve already seen their name and photo. If someone shows up who you were not told to expect, that visit is on us and we make it right.

Backed by the Threshold Group Family

The threshold is the step you cross to come inside, and for centuries it has stood for trust: who you welcome past the door and who you keep on the other side of it. The name is about earning that step across. Threshold Group is a family of home-service brands built on one promise, called The Threshold Standard: every technician is background-checked and identity-verified, sent to you by name and photo before the visit, shows a photo ID badge at the door, arrives in a clean marked uniform, and puts the price in writing before any work starts. Hale Windows & Doors operates to that standard on every job across Nevada.
