Mercer Roofing in New York
Mercer Roofing brings the Threshold Group family’s promise to homeowners across New York: you always know exactly who is walking up your driveway before they ring the bell. We install and repair roofs using manufacturer-recognized shingle brands like GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral, and we back every job with a written price and a written guarantee before a single nail goes in. Since 2000, New York homeowners have trusted Mercer because we treat the threshold of your home as what it has always been: the line between who you welcome in and who you don’t.
Why New York Homeowners Choose Mercer Roofing
Most roofing companies send a truck and hope for the best. Mercer sends something different: a name and a photo. Before your technician arrives, you’ll know who is coming, what they look like, and that they’ve been background-checked and identity-verified under the Threshold Standard. They’ll arrive in a clean, marked uniform and present a photo ID badge at the door, every time. That matters when you’re home alone, when your kids are napping upstairs, or when you’ve learned to be careful about who you let past the front step. And because New York weather punishes roofs year-round, from ice dams in the northern counties to wind-driven rain downstate, we install and repair with brands the manufacturers actually recognize, and we stand behind the work with our 365-Day Done Right Promise. If it’s not done right within a year, we make it right. Every repair also carries a written guarantee, included with the job, and if that repair fails, the second visit is free. The price is written before any work starts, always, and the invoice never surprises you. That’s the Mercer difference: certainty at the door and certainty on paper.
Backed by the Threshold Group Family
Mercer Roofing is part of the Threshold Group family of home-service companies, and the name carries weight. The threshold is the step you cross to come inside, and for centuries it has stood for trust: who you welcome past the door and who you keep on the other side of it. Every Mercer technician works to the Threshold Standard: background-checked, identity-verified, badged, uniformed, and introduced by name and photo before the visit. If anyone arrives in New York who you were not told to expect, that visit is on us and we make it right.
