Hale Windows & Doors in Tennessee

Hale Windows & Doors specialists serve as the windows-and-doors experts in the Threshold Group family, serving homeowners across Tennessee since 2009. We install and service eight professional-grade window and door lines: PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux. That range matters because Tennessee homes face real weather: humid summers, hard rain, and the occasional ice storm. We match the right product to your home and put the price in writing before anyone picks up a tool. Every job carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise, a documented guarantee stamped on the work.

Why Tennessee Homeowners Choose Hale Windows & Doors

Opening your door to a stranger is not a small thing, especially if you are home alone or have young children at home. That is exactly why every Hale technician works to the Threshold Standard. Before the visit, you get the technician’s name and photo. When they arrive, they are in a marked uniform with a photo ID badge, and you already know who to expect. No wondering. No guessing at the door.

We put the price in writing before any work begins. That is not a promise about “estimates.” That is our rule: you have the number in your hands before a single tool is picked up. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise means if the work is not right, Hale makes it right. No argument needed. On repairs, we include a written guarantee, and if the repair fails within the year, the second visit is free. Those assurances matter in Tennessee, where a failed window seal or a swollen entry door takes a toll on cooling bills and comfort through the summer months. Looking beyond Tennessee? Backed by the Threshold Group Family

Hale Windows & Doors is part of Threshold Group, a family of home-service brands built on one promise: you always know exactly who is at your door. That promise applies to every Hale job across Tennessee. Every technician is background-checked, identity-verified, photo-badged, and pre-announced by name and photo before the visit. If someone arrives who you were not told to expect, that visit is on us and we make it right.
