Hale Windows & Doors in Delaware
Hale Windows & Doors brings specialist window and door installation and repair to homeowners across Delaware, backed by the Threshold Group family of home-service brands. Since 2009, we’ve matched the right product to the job rather than pushing a single line, installing and servicing eight professional-grade brands including PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux. Delaware homeowners get a written price before any work begins, a 365-Day Done Right Promise on every job, and a technician whose name and photo arrive before they do. That’s the Threshold Standard, and it applies to every Hale visit in Delaware.
Why Delaware Homeowners Choose Hale Windows & Doors
Opening your door to a stranger is a real concern, especially if you’re home alone, raising young kids, or living on your own. Hale Windows & Doors was built for exactly that. Every technician we send across Delaware is background-checked and identity-verified, and you’ll see their name and photo before the truck pulls up. They arrive in a clean, marked uniform carrying a photo ID badge, so the person at your door is the person you were told to expect. We put the price in writing before anyone picks up a tool, which means no surprises on the invoice and no awkward renegotiation after the fact. Our 365-Day Done Right Promise is a documented, named guarantee stamped on every job: if the work isn’t right, we make it right, no argument needed. And every repair includes a written guarantee, with a free second visit if the repair fails. Delaware’s humid summers and salt air near the coast punish windows and doors in ways big-box installers rarely plan for, so we spec hardware and sealing that actually hold up here. We install and service eight professional product lines and match the right one to your home instead of selling you whatever’s on the truck. A live person answers every call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, no voicemail, no callback queue.
Backed by the Threshold Group Family
Hale Windows & Doors is part of Threshold Group, a family of twelve home-service brands founded in 2010 on one promise: you always know exactly who is at your door. The Threshold Standard governs every Hale job in Delaware, from background checks and identity verification to photo-badged, pre-announced technicians and written pricing before work starts, just as it does for our Hale Windows & Doors in Florida - Windows & Doors team. If anyone arrives who you weren’t told to expect, that visit is on us and we make it right. The threshold is the step you cross to come inside, and for centuries it has stood for trust: who you welcome past the door and who you keep on the other side of it. Every Hale location is an independent local business that agreed to work to Threshold Verified, and that promise is stamped on every window and door job we do in Delaware.
