Hale Windows & Doors in Alabama
Hale Windows & Doors brings window and door installation and repair to Alabama homeowners under one clear promise: you’ll know who’s coming to your home before the truck pulls up, and you’ll have a written price in your hands before any work begins. As Hale Windows Doors specialists and part of the Threshold Group family of home-service brands, Hale has served Alabama since 2009, specializing in eight professional-grade product lines including PGT, CGI, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux. Every job carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise, a named, documented guarantee that says if the work isn’t right, we make it right. No argument, no fine print, no runaround.
Why Alabama Homeowners Choose Hale Windows & Doors
The honest reason most people hesitate to call a window or door company isn’t the price. It’s the moment the doorbell rings and a stranger is standing on the porch. Hale Windows & Doors was built for that exact worry. Every technician who works under the Hale name is background-checked and identity-verified, wears a clean, marked uniform and a photo ID badge, and is introduced to you by name and photo before the visit. You’ll know who is coming, what they look like, and when to expect them. That’s the Threshold Standard, and it applies to every job we do across Alabama, from a patio door replacement in a quiet subdivision to a full window package on a lake house, with Hale Windows & Doors in California - Windows & Doors operating under the same standard.
We install and service eight professional window and door brands: PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux. We match the product to the job rather than pushing one brand hard, because coastal Alabama humidity, storm exposure near the Gulf, and the temperature swings further north all ask different things from a window or door. The written price you receive before any work begins reflects that fit. No surprises on the invoice. Every repair includes a written guarantee, and if a repair fails within that window, the second visit is free.
Backed by the Threshold Group Family
Threshold is a family of twelve home-service brands built on one promise: you always know exactly who is at your door. Hale Windows & Doors operates as an independent local business that agreed to work to Threshold Verified, meaning every technician is background-checked, identity-verified, photo-badged, and sent to you by name and photo before the visit. If anyone arrives who you were not told to expect, that visit is on us and we make it right. The threshold is the step you cross to come inside, and for centuries it has stood for trust: who you welcome past the door and who you keep on the other side of it. That’s the standard behind every Hale job in Alabama.
