Dunmore Locksmith in New York

Dunmore Locksmith handles lockouts, rekeys, deadbolt installs, and high-security cylinder work for homeowners across New York, with additional coverage through Dunmore Locksmith in North Carolina - Locksmith. We’re the local locksmith face of Threshold Group, which means every job carries the same promise: you’ll know the name and face of the technician before they ring your bell. No anonymous van, no guy who just says he’s from the locksmith. We put the price in writing before we touch a single screw, and we back every repair with a 365-day written guarantee. That’s how locksmithing should work in New York, and it’s how we do it.

Why New York Homeowners Choose Dunmore Locksmith

Locksmith work puts a stranger at your front door, often at a moment of stress. A lockout at night, a break-in attempt, a key that snapped in the deadbolt. Dunmore Locksmith was built for exactly that moment. Every technician who carries our name is background-checked, identity-verified, and uniformed. Before the visit, you receive their name and photo. When they arrive, they show a photo ID badge at the door. You don’t hope you’re letting the right person in. You know. That’s the Threshold Standard, and it’s non-negotiable on every call in New York.

Like Dunmore Locksmith in Oklahoma - Locksmith, our technicians work on the hardware New York homes actually use: Schlage, Kwikset, Medeco, Yale, Baldwin, Mul-T-Lock, Sargent, and Abloy. That spans a basic Kwikset rekey in an apartment door to a Medeco high-security cylinder on a brownstone entry. We’re factory-authorized for the lines we service, which means the parts fit, the tolerances hold, and the warranty doesn’t evaporate the moment we leave. And when the work is done, the price you agreed to in writing is the price you pay. No surprise totals. No “the lock was more complicated than expected.” The quote is the contract.

New York homeowners also get a 365-day Done Right Promise on every repair. If a lock we fixed or installed fails within a year, we come back and make it right at no charge. That’s a full-year written guarantee stamped on the job, not a vague satisfaction pledge. For anyone who lives alone, has young kids, or just doesn’t like the idea of a stranger at the door, that guarantee changes how a locksmith call feels. It shifts the risk off you and onto us, where it belongs.

Backed by the Threshold Group Family

Dunmore Locksmith operates as part of Threshold Group, a family of independent locksmith businesses that includes our Dunmore Locksmith services and others that all work to one verified standard. Every Dunmore job across New York carries the same background-check, photo-introduction, and written-price commitment. If anyone shows up who you weren’t told to expect, that visit is on us, and we make it right. The threshold is the step you cross to come inside, and for centuries it has meant trust. We built this company to earn that step across, every single time.
