Alcott Chimney Sweep in Minnesota
Alcott Chimney Sweep sales & service provides chimney cleaning and flue care to homeowners throughout Minnesota, from the Twin Cities metro outward to the state’s smaller towns and lake-country communities. As part of the Threshold Group family of home-service companies, Alcott brings the same promise to every Minnesota doorstep: a background-checked, identity-verified technician sent to you by name and photo before the visit, a written price before any work begins, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise that holds for a full year after the job is complete. We’ve served homeowners since 2002, and that standard hasn’t softened since.
Why Minnesota Homeowners Choose Alcott Chimney Sweep
Minnesota winters put more load on a chimney than almost any other climate in the country. Long burn seasons, freeze-thaw cycles that work mortar loose, and the simple fact that a fireplace gets used every evening from October through April means creosote builds faster here, and small cracks become real hazards sooner. Alcott’s technicians understand that reality, and they’re chosen for something just as important as their trade skill: they pass a background check and identity verification before they ever step onto your property. We send you the technician’s name and photo before the visit, and that person shows a photo ID badge at your door, every time, no exceptions. The price is delivered in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprise charges at the end. If a repair fails, the second visit is free. That’s the written guarantee, included at no extra charge, on every repair we make. When we install components, we use professional trade materials like DuraFlex liner systems, HeatShield resurfacing, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield. The technician who arrives is the technician you were told to expect. That certainty matters when you’re home alone, or when there are young kids in the house, and it’s why Minnesota homeowners who care about who comes through the door keep choosing Alcott.
Backed by the Threshold Group Family
Alcott Chimney Sweep operates under the Threshold Standard, the set of practices that every Threshold Group company follows on every job: background-check and identity-verify every technician, send the tech’s name and photo before the visit, show a photo ID badge at the door every time, arrive in a clean marked uniform, and put the price in writing before any work starts. The threshold is the step you cross to come inside, and for centuries it has stood for trust: who you welcome past the door and who you keep on the other side of it. Alcott earns that step across on every Minnesota chimney we clean.
