Alcott Chimney Sweep in Georgia

Alcott Chimney Sweep in Georgia

Alcott Chimney Sweep specialists clean and inspect chimneys across Georgia with a promise no other sweep in the state makes: you’ll know exactly who’s walking through your door before they arrive. Every technician is background-checked and identity-verified to the Threshold Standard, then sent to you by name and photo ahead of the visit. We’ve been serving Georgia homeowners as part of the Threshold Group family since 2002, and every job ends with a written guarantee that holds up for a full year.

Why Georgia Homeowners Choose Alcott Chimney Sweep

Most chimney companies can clean a flue. What’s harder to find is a company that respects what it means to let a stranger into your home, especially if you’re home alone, managing nap schedules with young kids, or simply tired of wondering whether the person at the door is who they claim to be. Alcott Chimney Sweep was built for exactly that. Before any appointment, we send the technician’s name and photo, and when they arrive they show a photo ID badge at the door, every time, no exceptions. It’s called the Threshold Standard, and it’s not an add-on. We also put the price in writing before any work begins, so a chimney cleaning or repair never ends with a surprise on the invoice. And because Georgia’s humidity and seasonal temperature swings put real stress on masonry and flue liners, we work with the materials professionals specify: DuraFlex liner systems, HeatShield resurfacing, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield. No box-store substitutes. When we repair a chimney, the repair is covered by a written guarantee, and if it fails within the year, the second visit is free.

Backed by the Threshold Group Family

Alcott Chimney Sweep is part of Threshold Group, a family of home-service companies founded in 2010 on the idea that the threshold is the step you cross to come inside, and for centuries it has stood for trust. Every Alcott job in Georgia carries the same promise: background-checked and identity-verified technicians, photo ID shown at the door, written pricing before work starts, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If the work isn’t right, we make it right. That’s not marketing language. It’s the entire point of the company.
