Mercer Roofing in Iowa
Our Mercer Roofing services have been handling Iowa roofs since 2000, long before becoming part of the Threshold Group family of home-service companies. Iowa weather tests a roof harder than most places: hail in the spring, wind shear in the summer, and ice dams that build along eaves every January. Mercer installs and repairs roofs using manufacturer-recognized shingle brands including GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral, so the materials hold up to Midwest conditions. Every job comes with a written price before work starts and a written guarantee when it’s done.
Why Iowa Homeowners Choose Mercer Roofing
Most roofers hand you a handshake and a hope. Mercer hands you paperwork first. Before a single nail is driven, you get a written price that doesn’t change once the crew sees your decking up close. When the work is finished, you get a written guarantee on every repair, and if that repair fails within the year, we come back at no charge. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s included on every job we do across Iowa. You’ll also know who’s coming before they knock. Every Mercer technician is background-checked and identity-verified under the Threshold Standard. We send the technician’s name and photo to you ahead of the visit, and they’ll badge in with a photo ID at the door, wearing a clean, marked uniform. If you’re home alone, or you’ve got young kids in the house, or you’re simply tired of wondering who’s on the other side of the door, that changes how the whole visit feels.
Backed by the Threshold Group Family
Threshold Group exists because letting a tradesperson into your home shouldn’t feel like a gamble. The threshold is the step you cross to come inside, and for centuries it’s stood for trust: who you welcome past the door and who you keep on the other side of it. Mercer Roofing operates under that same standard on every Iowa job. If anyone shows up who you weren’t told to expect, that visit is on us and we make it right. That’s the promise behind every roof we touch in this state.
